FORMALISE INNOVATION IF YOU’RE SERIOUS
My Innovation Session at the Sanctuary Cove conference on Monday with the Financial Services people was a huge hit..
While one group was in one room being talked at by someone else…
the group with me were up and practicing, drilling, playing innovation games and generating practical money making ideas and business cased action plans that will generate $100,000’s if not millions in extra sales and profits…guaranteed.
So much money is spent on conferences, flying people in from all round the country only to bore them to sleep.
If you’re going to fly people in, use a structured yet fun process to truly harness the collective brainpower in the room.

I love that feeling.. helping people make more money just by using new words they hadn’t thought of before..
“So what happens when you push the button is….” means nothing to you unless you know the context we teach it in.. but so often, sales people don’t future pace, or let the client know what the process is going to be if they give the green light…and, even more important, the incredible value you are going to deliver once they tick the box….
When you play the movie in the prospects mind of what is going to happen once they say YES…you open up a whole new world and opportunity to close the deal…and you activate the power of the assumptive close..
Remember: just because you know what is going to happen, doesn’t mean the client does..

Friday afternoon, popped by our building renovation/ home transformation client…
They are making great progress using our Internet/ online/ offline lead generation system.
Within 5 hours of the web page going live.. they got their first lead….
They are over the moon.. they can see that this will open up a whole new floodgate of qualified prospects for their business.
Make sure you are using an online/offline strategy…. Our Squeeze page/ newspaper strategy is something easy to implement and quite low cost.. but brings big returns.
